Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for oversight of all training for the Renfrew Centers. This position will be based in Philadelphia and periodically travel to other Renfrew sites around the country. Responsibilities will include collaborating with clinical leaders to develop training policies and programs that integrate well established empirical findings with existing clinical practice, establishing criteria for recruitment of new therapists, managing the training and continuing education of existing therapists, training clinical leaders to evaluate the fidelity of Renfrew treatments with established treatment guidelines and evaluating the effectiveness of Renfrew’s training programs. This position will also involve some collaboration with the Research department including attending departmental meetings and liaising with Research staff.
