San Jose, CA: 20-week Group Therapy That Combines Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Art Therapy to Help Patients Stop the Binge Eating Cycle: Take charge of your eating!

A 20-week group therapy that combines Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Art Therapy to help patients stop the binge eating cycle. DBT is empirically proven to help people with Binge Eating Disorder regain control and self-assurance around their eating.  It is a group therapy program in which members learn and practice essential skills to tackle out-of-control eating habits, in order to replace them with mindful and effective ways of coping.
